HISTORY of DIVINE EXPRESSIONS BIRTH

Birthed in 1986 from a vision that I had as I prayed in my office. It was a clear picture of a supernatural move of GOD as though I was watching a movie. I felt compelled to write down what I was seeing as to not forget all the details in the vision. I saw a multitude of people marching thru the heart of the city of Chicago they were lead my praise & worship singers and dancers leading them. I saw banners, flags….and as they worshiped the Lord the heaven opened and angels began to come and be dispersed and going through every street within the city. The more we praised the faster the angels moved. They were by the command of GOD.

The vision overwhelming I asked the Lord what HE wanted from all this, I was not completely sure what it all meant. As the week progressed someone from the congregation came to me and spoke about something they wanted to give to me. It was a Christian magazine called Charisma as I took it into my hands, I reviewed the front page titled “The Restoration of the Arts”. It really struck a chord in my spirit my heart leaped! The coming days someone else came to me saying they had a dream with me that I was dancing and there was a line of dancers following and all of sudden the lines began to multiply and then there were hundreds of dancers dancing. The Lord was making things crystal clear. The vision was written and it was confirmed by two witnesses, it was time to run with it. As the Spirit of the Lord guided, I walked it out obediently. I would serve in any capacity GOD desired. From there it has expanded to the worship arts from a Biblical standpoint and not entertainment nor performance.
